What we’re looking for
Proven experience in Quality or Risk Management within a healthcare setting..
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; relevant advanced degrees a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Risk Management or Quality in an acute care setting preferred.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and accreditation standards, including TJC, CMS, and Department of Health requirements.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies to mitigate clinical and organizational risks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels across hospital and corporate settings.
Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management policies, programs, and initiatives that improve patient safety and organizational outcomes.
