PepsiCo is seeking a Director, Digital Twin Strategy and Technical Product Delivery to organize and drive the end-to-end delivery of PepsiCo's Digital Twin program across platform enablement and domain digital twin products in manufacturing and warehousing. This role ensures Digital Twin delivery operates as a cohesive, scalable product portfolio — enabling rapid expansion from initial deployments to repeatable, enterprise-grade rollouts that improve decision quality, operational performance, and time-to-value across the supply chain.
This leader owns the integrated delivery system connecting the Digital Twin platform roadmap with domain product roadmaps and site deployments, sequencing workstreams such as site onboarding, environment provisioning, data/event integration readiness, model and scenario execution enablement, visualization/experience delivery, and operationalization so that manufacturing and warehousing twin deployments scale with consistency, reliability, and reuse. The role builds and continuously improves the program's delivery operating model — the cadence, governance, dependency management, escalation pathways, and release readiness gates required for predictable execution — and provides day-to-day execution leadership for the Technical Product Delivery Managers and Project Managers aligned to manufacturing and warehousing product lines.
The Director partners closely with the Digital Twin platform and domain product leaders (manufacturing, warehousing), plant and warehouse transformation leaders, and IT/OT, Data & AI, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and strategic partners/vendors (e.g., Siemens, Nvidia, Kinetic Vision, Sight Machine, Cognizant/HCL) to deliver a scalable, repeatable Digital Twin delivery capability that accelerates adoption, increases reuse, strengthens operational reliability, and reinforces Digital Twin as a durable enterprise capability.
