Position:            Director, Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO)

Department:      Project Management Office

Reports To:        VP - PMO

FLSA:                 Exempt

SUMMARY

The Director, Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is responsible for ensuring enterprise-wide compliance with KFCU’s governance and operating model processes and procedures, and for producing the reporting and metrics that give senior leadership clear, timely, and accurate visibility into transformation health.

Working across the organization in partnership with the Executive Management, Steering Committee, and LOB leaders, the Director ensures that every team, initiative, and leader is operating within the established governance framework. Where gaps or non-compliance exist, this role identifies, documents, and escalates them with precision—and partners with the appropriate leaders to resolve them.
