What You'll Do:
Build and manage strategic client relationships, fostering trust and driving long\-term success.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver personalized solutions tailored to each client's needs and use cases.
Proactively identify and address client challenges, providing expert guidance and support.
Educate clients on the full potential of the platform and drive product adoption.
Track key performance indicators to measure client success and identify areas for improvement.
Stay ahead of the curve in credit risk and capital markets trends, sharing insights with clients.
Requirements
Experienced credit risk professional with 10+ years of experience in credit risk management, corporate banking, counterparty risk or similar with a major financial institution.
Passionate about building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
Understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in managing credit risk in a regulated environment..
Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed.
Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.
