  • Partner with project leadership: Work closely with Project Directors, construction managers, superintendents, contractors, and subcontractors to embed safety into project planning, scheduling, site logistics, and daily operations.

  • Manage incident prevention and response: Lead investigations of incidents, near misses, and safety concerns; identify root causes; develop corrective and preventive actions; and monitor follow-through to reduce recurrence.

  • Champion a proactive safety culture: Serve as a visible and trusted safety leader who encourages employees and project partners to identify hazards, speak up about concerns, and take ownership of safe work practices.

  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Strong ability to identify hazards, assess risk, determine appropriate controls, investigate incidents, and develop practical solutions that protect people while supporting project execution.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence project leadership, contractors, subcontractors, and frontline workers without relying solely on formal authority.

  • Demonstrated ability to establish clear expectations, hold project partners accountable, address unsafe behaviors or conditions decisively, and build a culture where safety is treated as a shared responsibility.
