Adverum Biotechnologies, wholly owned subsidiary of Eli Lilly and Company, is looking for a Director, HEOR (Contract) to join our team. The Director, HEOR leads the development and execution of evidence generation strategies across multiple marketed and pipeline assets, indications, and geographies. This role is accountable for HEOR strategy and delivery, shaping brand, asset, and enterprise decisions through deep expertise and cross-functional collaboration. The Director ensures HEOR plans align with product strategy, commercial objectives, and scientific rigor across the therapeutic area portfolio. With a portfolio-wide perspective, they drive synergies, eliminate duplication, provide execution updates, and partner with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies and secure stakeholder alignment.

$75 - $130 an hour
This contract role will be managed and payrolled through one of our preferred vendors, who will be your employer of record for the duration of the assignment. The hourly range for this position is between $75.00 USD to $130.00 USD per hour. This hourly range is an estimate, and the actual hourly rate may vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, including education, length of experience, location, and market data. The vendor will provide compensation and benefits in accordance with specific state requirements, including paid sick leave accrual.
