We are hiring a Director, MTSC Optimize Program Management to lead analytics, change management, and reporting for MTSC Optimize — the MedTech Supply Chain (MTSC) transformation program. This role partners with the PMO leader and executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making across high-visibility workstreams, surface strategic risks and opportunities, and scale reporting and insight capabilities to accelerate transformation

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership & program-level insight
- Lead the strategic analytics agenda for MTSC Optimize, setting priorities for insight generation and reporting across workstreams.
- Translate complex program data into executive-ready insights and recommendations that directly inform leadership decisions and transformation strategy.
- Anticipate and surface program-level risks, dependencies, and opportunities through proactive analysis and scenario planning.
- Change Management and Executive Reporting
- Oversee development and delivery of executive materials for leadership updates, governance forums, and MedTech-level reviews.
- Ensure narratives are concise, structured, and aligned to decision needs, highlighting impacts, trade-offs, and recommended actions.
- Drive consistency, quality, and timeliness of all governance materials across the program.
- Capability building: tools, templates & data enablement
- Design and operationalize standardized tools, templates, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to enable scalable, repeatable insights across MTSC Optimize.
- Improve data accessibility, lineage, and usability to shorten turnaround times for decision support.
- Promote adoption of analytics outputs by embedding outputs into program rhythms and governance processes.
- Cross-functional alignment & stakeholder engagement
- Act as a senior liaison between PMO, MTSC Optimize leadership, Finance, Operations, HR, and workstream DRIs to align on metrics, inputs, and outputs.
- Influence without authority to secure data, commitments, and follow-through required to advance program objectives.
- Lead regular review cadences with stakeholders to validate assumptions, reprioritize analyses, and track decision outcomes.
- Team leadership & delivery management
- Build, coach, and mentor a small analytics/reporting team or partner network of analysts to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
- Allocate resources, set delivery expectations, and ensure continuity for ad hoc executive requests and special deep-dive analyses.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Science, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience supporting enterprise-level programs.
- Proven senior-level experience leading analytics, insights, or PMO reporting in large-scale, cross-functional transformations — preferably within supply chain, operations, or MedTech/healthcare.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability with experience converting large, complex datasets into actionable executive recommendations.
- Exceptional executive-level communication, change management, and presentation skills; comfortable briefing senior leaders and governing bodies.
- Demonstrated experience designing and scaling reporting frameworks, dashboards, templates, and governance artifacts.
- Track record influencing diverse stakeholders across business, finance, and technology in a matrixed environment.
- Experience building or managing analytics teams and driving adoption of analytical tools and outputs.
- High degree of intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, and bias-for-action to deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred:
- Deep familiarity with supply chain transformation concepts, KPIs, and readiness assessments preferred.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Project, and advanced Excel. Familiarity with data engineering or data governance is a plus.
- Experience preparing readiness checks, risk heatmaps, and program financial metrics to support governance decisions.

$150,000.00 - $258,750.00
