This position is eligible for telework, which is currently one day per week. New hires are eligible to apply 30 days after their effective date of hire.

Job Summary:
This position manages the MTA Law Department's No-Fault Unit, which handles all aspects of administration, litigation, and payment of No-Fault claims made against the MTA, New York City Transit, and their affiliates and/or subsidiaries in compliance with applicable New York law and regulations. The No-Fault Unit includes claims examiners, administrative staff, attorney(s), and investigators. In addition, the No-Fault Unit utilizes vendors and outside law firms for additional support, including representation at arbitrations and other purposes.
