Represent Carespring through marketing and community involvement, as well as internally maintaining
and managing occupancy rates. Director of Admissions will report to Facility Administrator with additional oversight
from the Chief Development Officer.
PAY RATE: $50,000 to $70,00 based on experience and licensure
FUNCTIONS:
1. To provide information on facility services to any inquiry of the facility.
2. To constantly create and maintain marketing “cookbook” as the basis for establishing strong relationships with
potential non hospital referral sources.
3. Working within the “sales model” while maintaining relationships with interdisciplinary team/”medical model” to
coordinate patient care.
4. Completion of all required documentation in relation to new facility admissions.
5. Coordination as indicated with Hospital Liaison role to assure all admission criteria is met.
6. Maintain Admission and Sales Goals as established by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Proven sales experience with a background in healthcare preferred.
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Nursing License Required.
3. Successful completion of Sales Assessment
