Director of Asset Management

Larson Capital Management, LLC, is seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to join our dynamic team. As the Director of Asset Management, you will lead and innovate in the strategic oversight of our investment portfolios. Job Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement strategic plans for asset management to optimize the value and performance of the organization's portfolio. 
• Oversee and lead a team of asset managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. 
• Establish and enforce asset management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to identify opportunities for asset acquisition, improvement, or disposition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to align asset management strategies with organizational goals. 
• Monitor and report on the performance of assets, preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. 
• Lead negotiations and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance contractors. 
• Develop and manage the asset management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. 
• Implement risk management strategies to safeguard assets and mitigate potential losses. 
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and operational efficiency. 
• Engage with investors and stakeholders to communicate asset management strategies and outcomes. 
• Ensure the integration of sustainability practices into asset management activities to enhance long-term value. 

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in asset management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. 
• Proven track record of managing diverse asset portfolios, including real estate, equities, and fixed income. 
• Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis. 
• Excellent strategic planning and decision-making skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams. 
• In-depth knowledge of market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. 
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in asset management software and financial analysis tools. 
• Ability to develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 
• Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining client relationships. 
• Willingness to travel as required.
