Job Description - Director of Behavioral Services Inpatient
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire, On-Site Relocation assistance: Available
The Opportunity
If you're a behavioral health leader ready to take full ownership of an inpatient program, this role puts you in charge of both the clinical and administrative sides of an inpatient behavioral health unit, with a $120,000–$145,000 base salary and paid relocation.
You would also be part of the organization's broader behavioral health and substance use disorder service line, with a direct hand in how those services develop as the organization grows.
Why This Opportunity Is Worth a Look
Full ownership of the unit. You direct treatment services, staffing, budget, quality improvement, and day-to-day operations.
Real input on strategy. The role contributes to the behavioral health and substance use disorder service line, not just a single unit.
Stated salary range. $120,000–$145,000, plus a benefits package.
Relocation is paid. Open to candidates from outside the area.
Cross-disciplinary partnership. You work alongside physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
