Position Summary

The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing and executing the company's business development strategy to expand market presence and generate new revenue opportunities. This corporate-level leadership role focuses on building strategic client relationships, leading sales initiatives, mentoring business development professionals, and identifying opportunities across multiple business divisions.

The ideal candidate brings extensive business development leadership experience within the electrical construction, construction, or related industries and has an established network throughout the Raleigh and Carolinas market.

Key Responsibilities
