As a Director of Business Development for Home Health, you play a vital role in strengthening your community—one referral source, one relationship, and one patient at a time. You build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, facilities, and community partners to grow Home Health services and connect patients with the care they need. What You’ll Do 


As a Director of Business Development for Home Health, you will: 




  • Provide direct management and supervision of Home Health Business Development Liaison team.



  • Achieves marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.



  • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; assists in preparation of an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.



  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; developing field sales action plans.



  • Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.



  • Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product/service development.



  • Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of services and service lines, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.



  • Sustains rapport with key accounts by making visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.



  • Develop positioning and messaging that differentiates our services in the market.



What You’ll Need 




  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or related field preferred.



  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Marketing and Sales.



  • Healthcare experience preferred.



  • Minimum 3 years of Management Experience.
