Pay: $51.21-$75.79 (depending on experience)

Director of Case Management Opportunity:

• Full-time, permanent position  
  
  
  


• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM–5 PM

• The Director of Case Management is responsible for the direction of staff and fiscal resources of the entire Case Management department
  
  
  


• Demonstrates leadership skills that include team building, motivating staff with enthusiasm and compassion, effective communication skills, recruitment of staff, and responsible department budgeting
  
  
  


• The Director of Case Management should identify and resolve barriers that hinder efficient patient care
  
  
  

Director of Case Management Qualifications:

• Current New Mexico RN License or compact state
  
  
  


• At least 5 years of case management experience in an acute care hospital setting required
