Assist with the transition and business continuity of facility HIM coding and revenue cycle management processes from the facilities to the HSC-Interview and hire HSC coding staff-Plan, prepare and integrate facility HIM coding processes with the HSC during deployment-Participate in key communications efforts with HIM personnel, HIM leadership, facility leadership, SSC leadership, and Division leadership-Assist in managing the organizational consolidation of facility HIM coding processes to the HSC-Assist with the technology implementation for consolidation of activities-Monitor against a HSC-specific business plan-Build and maintain high quality HIM coding processes-Assure accurate transfer of data from facility to HSC-Serve as a liaison between HSC leadership and facility HIM Directors during deployment-Assist with the preparation and maintenance of departmental policy and procedure manuals in compliance with SSG standards

RHIA, RHIT and CCS required.Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HIM.Minimum 8 years acute care HIM recent inpatient and outpatient coding experience strongly preferred.Minimum 5 years healthcare management/leadership required.Experience managing a large coding pool and or coding reviewer pool strongly preferred.Consulting or proven work experience in areas of process transformation, process reengineering, shared services, change management and project management a plus.
