ABOUT THE ROLE:
The role of the Director of Development (DOD) is responsible for leading SPY’s fundraising department to achieve the organization’s aggressive financial and relational goals. Reporting to the Chief Impact Officer (CIO), the DOD works with the organization’s Board of Directors and leadership team, to maintain and increase financial support for the organization and helps to shape strategy and tactics as the leader of the Development team. This role encompasses developing, implementing and evaluating long- and short-term fundraising initiatives that support the renewal and growth of a $5M budget line across individual, corporate, and foundation fundraising.

Driver Positions:
Applicants are required to provide a copy of their driving record from the Department of Motor Vehicles, along with a copy of their valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Job offers are contingent upon a satisfactory driving record.
