Director of Emergency Services / Healthcare

Career Land Center is hiring for a Director of Emergency Services for a 420+ bed acute care facility in Kingwood, TX. It is a Level II Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center.

About the role:

You will lead all operations of an adult emergency department with 40 care spaces and about 175–200 patients per day, and a team of 80–85 FTEs. You will report to the VP of Emergency Services. Your duties include evidence-based practice, patient throughput, regulatory compliance, nursing standards, and budget management covering labor productivity, staffing and operating expenses.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of recent Director of Emergency Department experience at a large acute care facility, within the last year


• Bachelor's degree in nursing required


• Master's degree preferred

Schedule: Days, Monday–Friday, no weekends
