What they’re looking for:

Lead a small team of Engineers.
Manage new product development, design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support.
Drive continuous improvement and engineering projects.
Provide technical/customer support and manage BOMs in Epicor.
10+ years of product development experience.
5+ years managing an Engineering Department.
Strong SolidWorks/3D CAD experience.
Experience with plastic, metal, and electromechanical products.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering required.
Hands-on, self-starter who can work across multiple areas.
