  • Full-Time with availability Monday through Saturday/various shifts

As the Director of First Impressions, you will be the welcoming face of our dealership. Your role is to create a positive and lasting impact on every visitor, ensuring exceptional customer service from the moment they arrive. You will play a key part in shaping the customer experience and supporting our team by managing front desk operations and fostering a warm, professional environment.  


Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome all customers and visitors promptly and courteously.

  • Manage front desk operations including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and directing inquiries.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any initial concerns or questions.

  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure smooth customer flow.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

  • Assist with administrative duties as needed to support team efficiency.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in customer service or receptionist roles, preferably in automotive or retail environments.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer experiences.
