The Role: Food & Beverage Director – Leader of Elevated Experiences
This role is an Executive Committee Member.
As our Food & Beverage Director, you are the strategic force behind all dining and beverage operations across two exceptional properties. Your leadership shapes not just menus, but mindsets—guiding teams, curating guest journeys, and crafting moments of excellence.

What You’ll Do
Lead and oversee all F&B outlets, banquet operations, and in-room dining at both properties
Manage financial performance, forecasting, and budget adherence across departments
Mentor and develop a high-performing team—recruiting top talent and creating future leaders
Drive service excellence through hands-on leadership and daily pre-shift alignment
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Culinary teams to enhance programming and events
Ensure all operations meet luxury service standards, health codes, and safety guidelines
Champion guest satisfaction by creating seamless, engaging, and memorable dining experiences
Be the face of our restaurants, building relationships with guests, vendors, and the community
