Job Description - Director of Food & Beverage

A year-round luxury mountain resort in Montana is looking for an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead all F&B operations. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who knows how to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong financial results.

Ideal Candidate:
• 5+ years of F&B leadership in luxury hotels or resorts
• Must be an experienced Director of F&B
• University degree in Hospitality or related field
• Strong budgeting, P&L and cost control experience
• Proven multi-outlet and large team leadership
• High-touch guest relations background
• Excellent communicator with internal and external partners
