Director of Installation - B2B

What The Position is About:

• Lead the installation operation across two company locations
• Oversee Project Managers, Service Technicians, internal installers, and subcontractor partners
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring accurate execution and protecting job margins
• Make operational decisions around staffing, subcontractor utilization, processes, and budgets
• Maintain a strong field presence, working alongside Project Managers to resolve job site and customer issues
• Build strong communication and trust between the installation and design teams
• Create consistency in installation processes and execution across both regions
• Utilize BuilderTrend, KPIs, and reporting to improve visibility and track performance
• Oversee punch lists, warranty work, callbacks, and the service technician function
• Grow internal installation capacity while maintaining flexibility through a strong subcontractor network
• Build the team, processes, and installation capacity needed to support division growth

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• Field-based installation, construction, or project management experience within residential remodeling
• Experience managing installation operations and project execution in a B2C remodeling or installation environment
• Experience leading teams, subcontractors, and field operations with a hands-on leadership approach
• Strong process and operational management experience
