Lead innovation. Drive clinical excellence. Shape the future of Nuclear Medicine and PET imaging.

At SimonMed, we believe exceptional patient care begins with exceptional leadership. As the Director of Nuclear Medicine & PET, you will provide strategic oversight for one of the nation's largest outpatient imaging networks, leading radiopharmaceutical management, regulatory compliance, technology adoption, research initiatives, and clinical standardization across multiple markets.

This is more than an operational leadership role—it's an opportunity to influence the future of molecular imaging by partnering with physicians, clinical leaders, vendors, and executive teams to implement emerging technologies, optimize patient care, and drive national best practices. If you are an innovative leader who combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision and collaborative leadership, we invite you to join our growing organization.

What You Bring

Strategic leadership and vision:

You establish the direction for Nuclear Medicine and PET services across the organization, driving consistency, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting growth initiatives and exceptional patient care.

Radiopharmaceutical and vendor expertise:

You lead national contracting and vendor partnerships, negotiate pricing and service agreements, evaluate new radiopharmaceuticals, and develop standardized practices that improve quality and financial performance.

Innovation and technology:

You champion the adoption of advanced imaging software, AI applications, and emerging PET technologies while partnering with clinical, IT, and operational teams to successfully implement new solutions.

Regulatory excellence and radiation safety:

You serve as the organization's expert on radiation safety and regulatory compliance, overseeing radioactive material licensing, policy development, staff education, and compliance with all applicable federal and state requirements.

Clinical quality and standardization:

You collaborate with radiologists and technologists to develop imaging protocols, optimize scanner performance, oversee quality assurance programs, and ensure consistent, high-quality diagnostic outcomes across every location.

Research and program development:

You identify opportunities to expand clinical research, implement investigational protocols, and introduce innovative imaging services that position SimonMed at the forefront of outpatient molecular imaging.

Financial stewardship:

You manage vendor relationships, software investments, and departmental resources while identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies, cost savings, and sustainable growth.

Collaborative leadership:

You build high-performing teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability while fostering a culture centered on patient care, innovation, and continuous learning.

What You'll Gain

The opportunity to shape a national program:

Lead Nuclear Medicine and PET strategy for one of the largest outpatient imaging organizations in the country, influencing clinical practice, technology adoption, and operational excellence.

A culture of innovation:

Work alongside executive leaders, radiologists, technologists, researchers, and industry partners to bring new technologies and advanced imaging solutions to patients.

Executive-level impact:

Drive strategic initiatives that improve patient outcomes, strengthen operational performance, and support the continued growth of SimonMed's molecular imaging services.

Professional growth:

Expand your leadership influence while developing innovative programs, mentoring future leaders, and representing SimonMed at industry conferences and educational events.
