The Director of OASAS Residential Services is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing coordinated and comprehensive services that improve the quality of life for program participants. This position oversees East House’s OASAS residential programs, ensures overall program functioning, supervises assigned personnel, and supports evidence-based, therapeutic programming. The Director also contributes to strategic direction, ensures compliance with OASAS and other applicable regulations, and fosters a positive, values-based work environment.
In compliance with New York State’s Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this position is listed above. East House considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education and training, key skills, internal peer equity, and market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. The hiring process for this position may require a criminal background check and/or motor vehicle records check.
