As the Director of Operations for Levi & Korsinsky LLP, you will play a pivotal role in propelling the firm’s growth trajectory in consumer related class and mass actions. Tasked with transforming strategic vision into operational reality, you will work closely alongside, and in many ways, act as the extension of, the Founder to take ownership of key initiatives, solve organizational challenges, streamline operations, and help drive execution across the business. Your role is crucial in aligning the firm's innovative practices with its overarching mission of empowering consumers and optimizing the firm’s high-stakes business approach.


 


This role is not stepping into a mature machine. The firm’s securities practice has


been around for 20+ years, you will be working on growing the consumer practice


and its associated verticals that sits alongside the securities practice. You will be part


of a team helping build stronger systems while driving immediate execution in a fast-moving, evolving environment.


 


 


What you’ll do:


 



  • Operational Execution: Drive execution of strategies across the firm, ensuring alignment between strategy and day-to-day execution. Identify and address inefficiencies, strengthen workflows, and help ensure seamless operations.

  • HR and Talent Strategy: Build and optimize the firm’s recruiting engine and people systems, including passive talent sourcing, screening rigor, onboarding, and performance accountability, helping strengthen the team infrastructure needed to support growth.

  • Marketing Oversight: Provide strategic oversight across marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are aligned, properly targeted, and executed effectively, while helping identify breakdowns in process, quality, and performance.

  • Systems, Technology, and AI: Evaluate and implement tools, automation, and systems that improve efficiency, strengthen workflows, and support smarter, faster execution across the business.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate execution across legal, operations, marketing, offshore teams, and external partners, creating clear alignment, stronger accountability, and more effective execution across a complex, globally distributed organization.

  • Problem Solving & Execution: Take ownership of complex, ambiguous challenges, identify practical solutions, and drive decisions forward with sound judgment and decisive action.

  • Build and Scale in Motion: Help strengthen systems, solve breakdowns, and build infrastructure while the business continues to grow, driving execution in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift quickly, complexity is constant, and maintaining momentum is critical.



What we’re looking for: 


              



  • Operational Leadership: Extensive experience leading and scaling operations in a high-growth, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment; startup or growth-stage operating experience strongly preferred.

  • Operator Mindset: Demonstrated ability to step into complex, evolving environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and drive execution with a high degree of ownership and sound judgment.

  • Strategic Insight: Proven ability to identify patterns across functions, anticipate challenges, and develop scalable solutions that strengthen systems and improve organizational performance.

  • Financial and Operational Acumen: Comfort using KPIs, data, and ROI thinking to evaluate tradeoffs, improve performance, and support sound operating decisions.

  • Change Leadership and Influence: Ability to earn trust, navigate resistance, and drive change across strong personalities and cross-functional teams through credibility, judgment, and execution.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven record in building and managing talent acquisition and retention systems for high-performing teams.

  • Global and Vendor Coordination: Experience leading through offshore teams, external partners, or distributed operating environments, with strong instincts for coordination, accountability, and quality control.

  • AI and Automation Fluency: Strong familiarity with AI, automation, and emerging tools, with the ability to leverage technology to improve efficiency and execution.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex challenges, exercise sound judgment, and drive practical solutions under pressure.
