Job Description

- Develop and implement quality programs to assure best in class quality standards and goals are met. 

- Maintain total quality assurance programs in-house and with customers and suppliers to ensure complete customer satisfaction. 

- Provides leadership to the overall quality transformation as well as facilitate continuous improvement in Operations/Quality areas while reducing cost of poor quality.

- Direct Quality Staff at all the sites to ensure quality across the value stream and manufactured components are appropriately performance tested with respect to customer and established requirements (Fairfield, Tianjin, MX).  

- Coaches and supports the our staff and Staff, Site Mgrs. and all department managers in the deployment of a Best in Class Quality System to deliver and sustain results in key performance indicators.
