POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Sales will report to the CEO and will manage a company-wide team of Sales Managers and sales leaders ensuring thatSigora’s residential and commercial sales budgets are met or exceeded. S/he will develop marketing strategies and advertising campaigns, track results and manage associated budgets. This role will be responsible for hiring, training, coaching, mentoring and delivering required targets, working cross functionally with other departments and prioritizing sales team work load. While not a requirement, the ideal candidate will have experience from a solar energy company or door to door / canvassing team management. The ideal candidate must have experience with direct sales, Business Development, lead generation, creation and management of marketing and advertising campaigns and budgets, have stellar communication skills, and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. The director will build and manage long term key customer relationships/partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is based in Virginia. Relocation to Virginia is required (relocation expenses may be available under certain circumstances).
