Director of Sales

JOB SUMMARY:

Renova One is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue growth and business development within the multifamily housing industry. This role will execute sales strategy, build and coach a high-performing team, develop key customer relationships, and partner with operations to drive profitable growth and an exceptional client experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies that support company growth objectives and annual sales plans
• Maintain direct accountability for revenue growth, gross profit performance, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and attainment of regional sales goals
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer demand to identify opportunities and risks that inform regional sales strategies and annual growth plans
• Recruit, onboard, coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals while establishing        clear goals, KPIs, activity expectations, and accountability measures
• Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, performance discussions, and sales coaching sessions
• Develop, maintain, and grow a personal portfolio of strategic accounts while supporting the team's business development efforts
• Build executive-level relationships with ownership groups, asset managers, property management companies, and strategic partners while supporting major account pursuits, negotiations, and retention efforts
• Identify opportunities to expand customer relationships through cross-selling and upselling additional Renova One services
• Qualify opportunities and maintain bid discipline by evaluating project fit, strategic value, profitability, resource requirements, and likelihood of success
• Drive CRM compliance, sales reporting accuracy, and forecast reliability
• Lead the transition from sales to operations, clearly communicating scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations while partnering with operations to support execution, satisfaction, and profitability
• Drive growth across Renova One service offerings, including flooring, turnkey renovations, CapEx projects, restoration, and interior and exterior renovations

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  At least 8–10 years of experience within the multifamily housing industry
• 3–5 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing successful sales teams
• Demonstrated success achieving revenue growth, gross profit targets, and sales performance objectives
• Proven ability to lead sales teams while developing and managing strategic customer relationships
• Experience developing sales forecasts, managing pipelines, and utilizing KPIs to drive performance 
• Strong understanding of the relationship between sales, operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Direct, confident leader with excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, coaching, planning, and execution skills
