Director of Strategy

• Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives, encompassing brand strategy, campaign strategy, and market positioning for clients across various industries.
  

• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to inform strategic recommendations and campaign planning.
  

• Partner with client services, creative, and production teams to translate strategic insights into compelling and effective creative concepts and campaigns.
  

• Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that integrate digital, social media, experiential, and traditional marketing channels.
  

• Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals and objectives.
  

• Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities and contribute to client pitches and presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  

• Proven experience in a senior strategy role within a creative agency, advertising agency, or similar environment.
  

• Strong understanding of brand development, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
