Director of Support Employment and Community Services

We are now hiring a strategic leader to serve as the Director of Supported Employment & Community Services for Council Bluffs, IA. The Director of Supported Employment & Community Services reports to the State Director and provides leadership and oversight for the organization's Traditional Supported Employment and Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) programs. This role supports youth and adults with significant disabilities in achieving competitive integrated employment through high-quality, person-centered services. The Director ensures program excellence, regulatory compliance, strong community partnerships, and positive employment outcomes. *

Starting Salary: $55,000
