Director of TME Partnerships

Angott Search Group is partnering with a $2.5B Indiana credit union in the search for a Director of TME Partnerships.

This leadership role oversees key areas of Team Member Experience, including business partnering, recruiting and selection, and performance management, while supporting a positive and engaged workplace aligned with the credit union’s values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead business partnering efforts across assigned Lines of Business, providing HR guidance, coaching, and solutions.
• Oversee recruitment and selection strategies, processes, and applicant tracking systems.
• Coach Hiring Managers and TME Business Partners on effective recruiting and selection practices.
• Oversee orientation and onboarding efforts to deliver a consistent Team Member experience.
• Direct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans.
• Lead and develop TME Business Partners, including performance management, training, and professional development.
• Conduct workplace accident and incident investigations and collaborate with leadership on resolution.
• Support Team Member engagement, recognition, morale, and retention initiatives.
• Ensure TME practices, documentation, and processes align with employment regulations and organizational policies.
• Contribute to TME projects, audits, events, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5–8 years of similar or related experience.
• Experience in human resources, employee relations, talent acquisition, or a related function.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Strong coaching, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of performance management, recruiting, employee engagement, and employment practices
• Ability to build effective partnerships with leaders and Team Members across an organization
