Director / Sr. Director, Global Procurement and Planning 
Hybrid | Florida, Minnesota, or Indiana

Compensation: $180,000 to $240,000 plus bonus (Based on level & experience). 

My client, a growing life sciences manufacturer with U.S. and European sites, is creating its FIRST global procurement and planning function.

Today each site runs its own. You'll build what connects them, reporting to the EVP of Operations.

What you'll be doing

• Set global procurement strategy, sourcing, and supplier performance
• Lead supply, material, and operations planning, including SIOP
• Drive inventory optimization and supply resilience
• Build multi-site analytics and executive reporting
• Develop the team, systems, and processes

About you

• Be able to do the job as described.
• You've led multi-site procurement and planning teams in highly regulated manufacturing
• You've implemented or improved ERP, planning, BI, or AI tools
• You work well across sites, time zones, and cultures
• Up to 30% travel, including international
