Your Impact

• Maintain a clean, organized dish area throughout the shift
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
• Work with urgency to keep dishes and equipment moving during busy periods
• Support the kitchen team by helping maintain a clean and efficient work environment
• Complete cleaning and closing responsibilities thoroughly and consistently
• Support fellow Team Members and contribute to a positive team culture
• Learn and grow through coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership
• Opportunity to grow into additional kitchen and leadership responsibilities
• Support other kitchen positions and responsibilities as trained and needed.

Background Profile

• Must be 16 or older
• Evening availability required
• Must be available to work Saturdays
• Ability to work approximately 7:00 PM through close, or until closing responsibilities are completed
• Consistent availability throughout the week is strongly preferred
• Ability to work at a quick, efficient, and thorough pace
• Comfortable staying active and working on your feet throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to help wherever needed
• Positive attitude and coachable
• No previous restaurant experience required
