At New Horizon Foods/Consolidated Management, every role matters—and our Dishwashers/Utility staff are essential to keeping things running smoothly. You’ll help create a safe, clean, and welcoming dining environment for our residents and team members. From sparkling dishes to spotless floors, you’ll take pride in knowing that the work you do behind the scenes helps deliver great meals and meaningful moments every day.
What You’ll Do
Keep things clean & safe – Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware using both machine and manual methods.
Support the kitchen team – Return clean items to their proper places so cooks and servers are always ready to go.
Maintain equipment – Clean, sanitize, and monitor dish machines, sinks, and chemicals to ensure everything runs properly.
Handle pots, pans, & floors – Wash larger cookware by hand, mop floors, and keep all areas safe and sanitary.
Manage waste responsibly – Remove trash and follow health and safety guidelines for disposal.
Be part of the team – Jump in to help with other cleaning or kitchen tasks when needed.
What We’re Looking For
A reliable, team-focused individual who takes pride in doing quality work.
Ability to read English and follow directions.
Comfortable with physical tasks like standing, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Commitment to safe food handling, sanitation, and uniform standards.

Important Details
Uniform must always be clean and presentable.
Work involves regular movement, repetitive tasks, and occasional exposure to cleaning chemicals, sharp objects, and bodily fluids.
Follows all New Horizon Foods and host community policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Lift up to 50 lbs
Remain on your feet for most of the shift
Other Things to Know:
You may be exposed to sharp kitchen tools, cleaning chemicals, and bodily fluids (PPE and safety training provided).
You'll be expected to follow our company policies, dress code, and hygiene standards at all times.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role—perfect for someone who loves to make an impact

Ability to pass a drug test and background check
Ability to work independently
Ability to stand for extended periods
