Job Description - Dishwasher Position

Dish Pit Staffing Is Seeking Reliable Independent Contracting Dishwashers (1099) For The Tampa Bay & St.Pete Area That is Dependable And Can Maintaining a constant supply of clean dishes, utensils, and cookware by scraping, washing (machine or hand), and sanitizing them, while also keeping the kitchen spotless by cleaning equipment, emptying trash, mopping floors, and assisting with prep work and stocking supplies, ensuring all health/safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dishwashing: Scrape, rinse, load, unload, and operate dishwashing machines; hand-wash delicate items.
Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment (blenders, mixers), floors, and storage areas.
Kitchen Support:
Remove trash, restock supplies (cups, utensils, food), assist with basic food prep (chopping, portioning), and store deliveries
.

Maintenance: Keep dish areas organized, clean spills, and report mechanical or sanitation issues.

Follow Standards: Adhere strictly to food safety and health guidelines.

Skills & Qualities:

Time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to hygiene and cleanliness.
Physical stamina to stand and lift in a busy kitchen.
Ability to work as part of a team

Benefits

* Pay Range From$15 Per Hour To $20 Per Hour
