• Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling of 10+ Field Service Technicians
• Billing, invoicing, servicing tickets
• Tracking employee hours & payroll
• Preparing & tracking proposals
• Answering & directing phone calls
• Working with subcontractors and paperwork involved with them
• Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
• General office work

Hourly Rate: $13-16 per hour (Based on experience)

• 2+ years of Dispatching experience in the same or similar field
• HS Diploma or GED required; Degree preferred
• Experience with Apple computers and software highly preferred
• Experience creating spreadsheets and documents also highly preferred
