Job Description - Dispatch Associate

Company Description

We are a global distribution company currently seeking a Dispatch Associate to join our team in Hodgkins, IL.

Job Description

Recording of inbound and outbound equipment
Monitoring scheduled versus actual equipment types using Feeder Scheduling System (FSS) and reports to dispatch drivers
Key entering timecards and outside yard checks to ensure that the trailer positions matches the computer system

Qualifications

1+ yrs of Warehouse experience
Previous experience as a dispatcher is a plus!
Strong communication skills
High School Diploma or GED
Legal authorization to work in the US

Additional Information

Pay Rate: DOE
Shift: Mon-Fri, 3:30AM-8:30AM
12 Month Contract +/-
