Your New Role

As a Dispatcher, you will play a vital role in ensuring our technicians and customers have a seamless experience every day:

• Dispatch electrical, plumbing, and HVAC technicians to customer homes

• Relay critical information between technicians and customers

• Fill out permits, schedule inspections, and handle APCO as needed

• Debrief technicians post-job and enter relevant data into company software

• Issue and enter purchase orders

• Complete various administrative and reporting tasks as needed

• Work quickly and effectively under pressure to keep operations running smoothly

• High School Diploma or GED

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities

• Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Previous experience with business management software is preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Drug-free with no criminal history

• Team-oriented mindset with a genuine and personable demeanor
