Your New Role

As a Dispatcher, you’ll keep our operations running smoothly by coordinating between customers and technicians. You’ll:

• Answer and manage incoming calls.

• Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently.

• Prioritize tasks and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

• Maximize technician productivity while maintaining excellent customer service.

• Be the go-to person to ensure every job flows seamlessly.

• 1+ years of dispatching experience preferred (call center or similar experience a plus).

• Must pass a drug test and maintain a clean criminal background.

• Willing to work 40 hours a week on-site in our Rocky Mount, VA, call center.

• Available for on-call duties once a month after hours to remotely answer phones.

• Open to training the right person—no experience required if you’re the perfect fit!

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
