Distribution Coordinator (Nights)

Position Overview:

Join our Circulation team in this full-time, 3rd-shift position based in Prescott Valley, AZ. This is an entry-level opportunity with training, growth, and advancement opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Support daily circulation operations and help ensure newspapers are prepared for timely delivery. 
• Assist with delivery routes as needed using a company or personal vehicle. 
• Meet deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced work environment. 
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, customers, and delivery personnel. 
• Use computer systems and other tools to complete daily tasks. 
• Perform physical tasks, including lifting and pushing materials weighing up to 50 pounds. 

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive delivery routes when needed. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. 
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and stay organized. 
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
