About the District Baker:

• The District Baker is the cream of the crop when it comes to baking. The District Baker is responsible for providing necessary support for all stores in the district, including overall bagel inventory and baking processes in the store, maintaining consistent inventory and flow of bagels while supporting daily catering goals, and working with team members to understand the expectations of bagel products, proper handling, new directives, and customer orders.

• This position reports directly to the District Manager.

What we are looking for:

• Successful completion of Certified Baker training.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Must work well under minimal supervision.

• Must be available to start shift at early hours (2 am-5 am depending on the restaurant). 

• Must be available to work at any location in the district even upon short notice on days scheduled.

• Must work well in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to multitask and switch tasks quickly.

• Must work well with other team members.

• Must read, count, and accurately complete documentation.

The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
