District Manager

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a District Manager for our client in St Louis, MO who is a creative, energetic individual with a "Whatever It Takes" attitude in fulfilling their job duties.

The District Manager oversees multiple locations within St. Louis, MO, Joplin, MO, St. Peters, MO, Fairview Heights, IL, Minot, ND, and Bismarck, ND. They are responsible for operational excellence, hiring and coaching managers, analyzing financial performance, implementing company policies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. This role requires traveling between sites, solving operational challenges, and meeting budgetary goals.

Responsibilities

•  Managing labor, supply, and equipment budgets


• Training and developing site personnel


• Conducting quality audits and implementing improvement plans


• Leading performance reviews to ensure customer satisfaction


• Providing hands-on training in janitorial services and equipment


• Ensuring safety compliance across all locations


• Maintaining full staffing and training at each site


• Leading new account start-ups

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience managing multiple locations


• Demonstrated leadership experience in a building services environment


• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Google platforms


• Familiarity with electronic timekeeping systems


• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision


• Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check
