Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, operations, and profitability of multiple restaurants within your district
• Coach and develop Restaurant General Managers and leadership teams to meet brand standards
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability through strong financial management and field leadership
• Execute local store marketing initiatives to build community presence and grow sales
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales trends, labor, and food costs
• Ensure compliance with food safety, company policies, and labor regulations
• Support new store openings and operational improvements as needed
• Partner with franchise owners and senior leaders on staffing, training, and marketing
• Develop future leaders and succession plans to grow the team

Qualifications

• Experienced multi-unit leader in QSR, hospitality, or retail industries
• Strong financial management and operational problem-solving skills
• Effective coach and communicator with a passion for people development
• Knowledgeable in restaurant operations, food safety, and guest service
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities with regular travel between locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Eligible to work in the United States and meet minimum age requirements
