We are seeking an organized and motivated District Manager who will team up with Operations Leadership to improve financial performance, on-site brand standards, and customer service experience for all KO Storage facilities in their district. This person will provide leadership to their Facility Maintenance Managers on the ground to ensure the operations of their facilities are at their best day in and day out.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week

Location: KO Storage Headquarters in Minnetonka, MN. Travel 25-50% of the time to assigned facilities.

A Day in the Life

• Demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to lead and manage change.
• Execute Monday through Friday communication with facility teams.
• Monitor the physical condition of assigned properties
• Collect bids and secure contracts for vendor services as needed.
• Hire, train and supervise facility level employees.
• Monitor and optimize the financial health of assigned facilities
• Review and approve all assigned hourly employee payroll weekly.
• Facilitate the lien and auction process for your facilities 
• Assist with developing and implementing direct and digital marketing strategies for your facilities.
• Coordinate internally to track the progress and success of marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular physical audits of assigned facilities to ensure Facility Maintenance Manager/Vendor standards compliance.
• Complete necessary audits during closing of new acquisitions.
• Onboard new facilities that KO Storage purchases, including onboarding new Facility Maintenance Managers.

Who You Are

• At least 2 years of supervising experience.
• Great attention to detail and pride in one’s work.
• Enjoys travel.
• Able to deliver on time, every time.
• Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Valid drivers’ license, insurance, and reliable transportation.

Physical Demands

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
