Job Description

  • They will take customer calls, questions, orders, have to verify insurance as well as handle all orders coming in thru the fax
  • COMPANY OVERVIEW: Respiratory Therapy/DME Company that was established in 1991 and are regional providers for Medicare, Medicare and most Private Insurance plans
  • For over 20 years, Respitec has been serving the home medical needs of Central Florida patients. With three offices in Longwood, Kissimmee and Lecanto-Inverness, we are positioned to conveniently serve you
  • We are one of the largest independent providers in Central Florida. We are big enough to provide a vast range of products and services, but being locally owned and operated has allowed us to offer personal care to our patients

Qualifications

• At least one year of DME CSR experience

• at least 4-5 years overall Csr experince (however the more seasoned the better)

• at least 1.5-two years of insurance verification 

• experience in reordering supplies, insurance questions, troubleshooting

• High call volume, roughly 500 calls split between 4 people (must have handled at least 75 calls per day in the past)

• Also will handle the orders coming thru fax, processing them etc.

• Computer literate

• Clear, articulate

• Muti-tasker

• Critical thinker

• Empathetic

Additional Information

Hours for this Position:

M-F 8:30-5 or 9-5:30p/
