We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Doctor Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you’ll work closely with patients recovering from injury, surgery, illness, and mobility challenges while creating personalized treatment plans that help them return to the activities that matter most.

Your Impact as a Physical Therapist

As part of our rehabilitation team, you’ll play a critical role in helping patients improve movement, reduce pain, and restore functional independence.

What You’ll Do

Patient Evaluations & Treatment Planning

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
  
• Review medical history, diagnostic findings, and functional limitations
  
• Develop customized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs
  

Rehabilitation & Therapeutic Care

• Deliver evidence -based therapy interventions, including:
  • Therapeutic exercises
    
  • Manual therapy techniques
    
  • Mobility and gait training
    
  • Ultrasound and electrical stimulation
    
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans to maximize outcomes
  

Patient Education & Support

• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
  
• Provide guidance on injury prevention and long -term wellness
  
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process
  

Team Collaboration

• Partner with physicians, nurses, PTAs, and interdisciplinary care teams
  
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
  
• Support a collaborative and patient -focused care environment
  

Requirements

What You Bring

You’re empathetic, clinically skilled, and committed to helping patients regain independence and confidence.

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
  
• Active Michigan Physical Therapist license
  
• Successful completion of the NPTE
  
• Strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and evidence -based care
  
• Excellent communication and critical -thinking skills
  
• Ability to adapt care plans based on patient progress and goals
  
• Physical ability to assist patients and safely perform mobility support tasks
