Job Description - Document Control Specialist

Job Description

Manage and maintain documentation system
Execute daily documentation activities that meets company quality system
Release documentation package to production for each job
Manage revision control
Review ECN changes and communicate with Program managers for any missing files or discrepancies. Update file system accordingly
Release ECNs to production. Purge old documentation and distribute new set of documentation
Upload Bill of Material into MRP system
