Documentation Source Testing Manager

1. Ensure implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed.  Ensure that safe work practices are followed, and the environment is fully protected in accordance with Company policy and governmental regulations.
2. Commitment to the Company’s policies, principles, and procedures and adheres the Company’s procedures including Environmental, Health and Safety (“EH&S”), Equal Employment Opportunity (“EEO”), discipline/corrective action, and security.
3. Planning and assigning work to the drafting team to meet project schedule and cost deadlines.
4. Work with Technology Integration team to ensure training and performance coincide with efficient, effective drafting practice.
5. Aiding in establishment and maintenance of standards and procedures for generating models, drawings, and associated documents.
6. Coordinating drafting needs with sales, engineering and project managers to effectively deploy drafting resources.
7. Work with all departments on continuous improvement initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction and achieving desired quality, timeliness and cost objectives.
8. Leading a team of drafters to, on a project basis, interface with customers, sales, operations, engineering, and project management to create construction documents using CAD/Revit software. 
9. Drawing details include all views and dimensions necessary for clear and accurate presentation, fabrication and erection of precast panels and architectural systems and structures.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to work 5 days a week 8am-5pm. (not a remote position)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be able to work independently and part of a team.
• Adaptability to work efficiently and effectively daily under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to use measurement tools such as calipers.
• Excellent technical skills – AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Solidworks a plus.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong creative design, problem solving, critical thinking and attention to detail.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• experience (5 years) in documentation management and source code testing, with a focus on software development projects.
• Proven experience (5 years) in mechanical drafting.

• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, push, pull, twist, and turn for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 25 lbs. such as files, stacks of paper, and other materials.
• Strength, dexterity, coordination, and vision to use keyboard and computer monitor for prolonged periods of time.
