Schedule: Thursday through Sunday, 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Pay: $20.00 per hour, hourly rate.

About Terminal 4 Bar

Terminal 4 Bar is a new mixology concept in the Water Street District of Henderson. We are a destination for people who love incredible drinks, rare and high quality spirits, and an elevated guest experience from the moment they arrive. Hospitality is our number one priority, and the Doorman is the first and last impression every guest has of our brand.

The Role

We're looking for a high energy, outgoing Doorman who sets the tone for a premium night out before a guest ever reaches the bar. This is an active, engaged host role. You are a host, a gatekeeper, and a brand ambassador all at once, and you carry yourself with the same polish and confidence we expect from the rest of the floor team.

What You'll Do

• Greet every guest warmly and set an elevated, welcoming tone from the entrance.
• Verify age and ID for all guests entering the venue in compliance with Nevada law.
• Manage guest flow, waitlists, and venue capacity during peak hours.
• Uphold venue dress code and presentation standards with warmth and professionalism.
• Watch for guest safety and wellbeing throughout the evening and coordinate with management on any concerns.
• Maintain composure, warmth, and control during busy, high energy periods.
• Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and management on seating flow, reservations, and floor status.
• Represent the brand in appearance and demeanor at all times, per our uniform and grooming standards.

What We're Looking For

• A high energy, outgoing personality with a natural, confident presence. You are often a guest's first interaction with Terminal 4 Bar and represent a premium brand well.
• Confidence and tact when guiding guests through capacity limits, dress code standards, or safety related conversations.
• Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability Thursday through Sunday evenings.
• 21 years of age or older.
• A current Nevada TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) card, or equivalent alcohol awareness certification, kept valid throughout employment.
• Professional appearance and grooming consistent with company uniform standards (black button down shirt and jacket).

Compensation

• $20.00 per hour, hourly rate.
