Compensation

Guaranteed Hourly Wage + Commission and Incentives.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated Door-to-Door Canvasser to connect with homeowners, start conversations, and generate qualified leads for our team.

The right person has previous door-to-door or canvassing experience, enjoys interacting with people, and knows how to turn a brief conversation into an opportunity. Experience in the water treatment industry is not required—we’ll teach you our products and services. You bring the experience, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

Previous door-to-door or canvassing experience is required

A self-motivated, goal-oriented person who takes ownership of their results

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for connecting with and serving people

Dependability and unwavering reliability - we need someone our team can count on

A positive attitude and energy that carries into every homeowner interaction

A desire to continually improve and pursue excellence in both effort and results

What You’ll Do

Canvass assigned residential neighborhoods and engage homeowners in conversation

Introduce homeowners to our products and services and communicate their value

Generate interest and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

Represent our company with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

Work toward established lead, appointment, and performance goals

Maintain regular communication and accountability with your manager

Be receptive to coaching, feedback, and continued development to improve performance
